Shipping

Every order ships fully insured. Each piece is inspected and carefully packed before it leaves Cappuccini.

• In-stock pieces — dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with carrier and tracking details, together with your invoice, as soon as your order is on its way.
• Pre-order pieces — shipped as soon as the new delivery arrives. Unless a different time is shown on the product page, allow 3–5 weeks for delivery. We keep you informed by email until your piece is on its way.

Prices are landed in the United States: import duties are included in the price. US orders of $500 or more ship free; below $500, shipping within the US is $39.99. Orders shipping outside the US pay a flat $100.

Deliveries outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

• In-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, provided they are unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached, in the original packaging.
• Pre-order pieces are reserved for you from a limited delivery and are final sale, except where the piece arrives damaged or defective.
• Wholesale orders are governed by the trading terms agreed with your account manager, not by this consumer policy.

To open a return, write to sales@cappucini.com with your order number within the return window. We will confirm the return, provide the return address and an insured shipping label, and refund within 10 business days of the piece passing inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will make it right — repair, replacement or full refund, including shipping.
